The Game Is Over

Recently browsed through my handphone photo album and digged out some very old(not really actually) photos during and after my STPM.

My table with a watch in front of me, left top of the table are some used papers for me to do calculations.

Some notes that i using when revising certain subject. My bed spacious enough to put all the notes xD

My cupboard keeping all my tuition notes, past year questions, self made notes etc.

Here i kept my revision books and not notes :P

When my bed is not enough to put the notes, i'll throw them onto the floor. i can easily pick them up with my full stretched arm :P

So those photos are during my preparation for my STPM, now will show you photos after STPM.

Books and notes i used for my STPM. I think there are still some left in my drawer.

Notes and some exercise books only. Might look very few, but actually alot if you see the real thing :P

Anyhow, the result for local universities intake has been released, and i guess most of my friends get their desired course. Except for some which have excellence results and outstanding co-curricular activities involvement and yet cant get their first choice.

Sometimes, I'll be thinking where is STPM's stand in our beloved country. Browsing through PSD's website you'll see that they offer most of their scholarships to SPM leavers and you cant even detect anything related to STPM, I mean from the title. If not Q informed me bout the scholarship, I think I would have skipped it.

Besides that, private companies are reluctant to give us oversea scholarships (mos that i applied are for oversea :P ). So far, I have not even attended any interviews=.= Or maybe I'm just not good enough to compete with the brilliant brains from all over the country.

Okay, finished my ranting. Just quite pissed that I cant get anything with my results :( Wish all my friends best of luck and enjoy your university life :)

Tequila

Tequila, an alcoholic drink containing at least 40% alcohol content, can easily drunk someone. But yet, recently I saw 'someone' else drank 1/8 cup of pure Tequila mixed with some salt ( for what purpose?) in a gulp. Yes, you didn't read wrongly, PURE!!! Not even mix with a drop of water! And not a cup, but two cups!! Wow! Should have give her a big applause!

But, you will never notice, I'm smiling, smiling on how naive you are! In others' eyes, they might think how 'mature' you are, or should i use the phrase 'adult like'? You may look like an adult from the outside, but that kind of 'maturity' is fantasized by yourself. You are just trying to build up an adult like image, but the truth is that you're just a little gal.

Trying to act cool, trying to act macho, trying to be like an adult. You don't need to do so. What is more important is the state of your mind. How you handle your life, how you face difficulties, how you plan your future. All that will reflect your maturity. People will judge you from that, and no, because you're able to drink, you're an adult.

I'm writing this because i feel really shameful and pity for them. How on earth I have a friend so close to me acting like that! Sometimes, it is really difficult to see the true side of a person until the unveil themselves.

Call me a whiner or loser for not able to drink such high alcohol content drink. Or call me a coward! At least, I have a clear mind on what I pursuing, what lifestyle I want to lead, and where my future lies. And lastly, I still love my body alot <3

p/s: I also drink alcoholic drinks, but not so extreme as what i mentioned above. cheers!

My school got a very rich lady. Usually, she will drive her bigass white Toyota Alphard which is my dream car *giggle* but heck, last Friday, she drove a Subaru Impreza WRX. My jaws dropped open. ah... i wonder how long i have to work to be able to own an Alphard or a Subaru. those are fully imported exotic cars which cost>RM200k.
Speaking of that, I have a thought which is 'born with a golden spoon, you're half way to achieve ur goals'. This is so true as currently i'm struggling to decide where should i further study, Singapore or local uni. After calculating all the loans (plus daily expenses), 4 years later i will owe the singapore government at least RM125k. and let say i try to pay it in 5 years time, by that time my saving accounts only left RM10k which is not even enough for me to take my parents for a vacation. darn... if studying locally, i guess after 5 years working with a decent job and assuming that my average salary is RM3200, i am able to own a car by that time or maybe a semi-d if offered a higher pay. so now the million dollar question, where do i prefer to study? speaking frankly, i prefer singapore uni much more. why? the environment over there is much better and i deem tat at my age, it's time to go out to take a walk and look at the other side of this world. ha... so good if i were born in a rich family and need not to worry bout my financial... so i guess i have to give up on my dream and face the reality. here i come local uni!!!

However, after watching this, I found that the one shown in the movie is more appropriate to the title-legend and more dramatic. It makes no sense tat the zombies will let him get away after he kills so many of them. X-Ray!

Went for medical checkup today and took a X-ray scan. Stepped in the room saw a 'bed' in the middle and i thought i should lay on it. Luckily before i lay, the medical officer called me to another corner. It will be damn embarrassing if I go lay down there xD And so he asked me to hug a plastic box wit 2 round dots on it. I think that indicates where your nipples should be when hugging that box. Slowly he fine-tuned my position and took a deep breathe, 'piak'! Done! Voila, so fast!

But after Hokuan submitted his form, I started to think over again and collected some infos from my siblings who worked as teacher before. And alas, I finally surrender to my dad and submitted my form. I'll just take this as a chance for me myself to do something i dislike and to overcome what I hate. Nissan GT-R

Let the pictures do the talk first :P

Yeap, this is the Skyline R34 GT-R successor, the all new Nissan GT-R with twin turbocharged 3.8 liter V6 engine and GR6 dual-clutch six-speed transmission. This monster is able to reach from 0-100 km/hr in 3.5 secs with top speed 310 km/hr, almost the speed of F1 car. Talking bout the design, I'll say the front looks like a mutated Nissan 350Z FairLady with Mitsubishi Lancer GT nose (more like a kangaroo bar to me ~.~). And the rear is just a direct copy from the old Skyline with some changes, ie: the bumper is now part of the car body etc.

From what i read, Japanese police have a few unit of R34 to chase down criminals running in M5, Porsche, (insert any sport car here)... So just wait for the upcoming Need For Speed: ProStreet to take a real close look on this monster. :)

Today i drove my old and not-serving-well Toyota to my school instead of driving my tiny, powerless Kancil. A few weeks back, my Toyota suffered from a broke down dynamo and was repaired. My parents been bringing the car round the city and nothing bad happen to them, to be more precise, the car was still running flawlessly yesterday. But today, my first time driving this car after repairing the dynamo, it disappointed me. After school when I going to take my car, as usual i inserted the key and turned it to start. Tac! Tac! Tac! How come the engine is not turning at all trying hard to ignite the compressed fuel in the engine?? Shit!!! My car stalled!!! So, i ran up the slope and called for help from my friends. Yea, I want to thanks Hokuan, ZhengHao, ZhiHan and Lydia(cheerleader i guess) for helping me out :) Thanks alot guys!!! Without you all, guess i still squatting there waiting for my dad or mom. Really a zillion thanks to you all ^^ We managed to choke the car to get it started and i straight went back home to swap with my Kancil before rushing to my tuition ~.~ Reached tuition center there at around 1.20pm and gulped my lunch in 10 minutes. But luck was still not on my side, i bit my lips hard and blood oozing out @@" But anyway, I really appreciate my friends' help :) If u guys having any problems, don't hesitate to come to ask for my help, I'll try my very best to help you out ^.^

Yea, today is our friendly yet kawaii Mabel's 19 years-old birthday. Happy birthday to you!!! Your wish has came true today. For wishing/cursing me having a bad day on your big day. Seems like He loves you alot. haha... Joking... Wish you have a nice and memorable day :)

haha... finally i tasted all of the flavours!!! i never like onion, i mean the real onion which will choke u when u slice it... and so i never give the Sour Cream & Onion a damn try... however, last weekend when i shopping for some snacks, i bought it for no reason=.= and so now i tasted all of the flavours, Original, Smoky BBQ and Sour Cream & Onion...
Original is quite plain as it tastes abit salty only... while Smoky BBQ is juz like tomato salsa, yucks><>< so, tat carton will be my first and the last Smoky BBQ i ever bought... out of my surprise, Sour Cream & Onion is the best among them!! it tasted like the chicken flavour and dun even have the onion smell... why the heck they put the word 'onion' there? trying to mislead me?? so, next time when u buying Pringles, give Sour Cream & Onion a chance :) it might change ur view about it :)

p/s: to write this special review, i suffered from ulcer again...

This time i'm in trouble... This might be the last post i ever able to post... I was bitten by a deadly mutated cat!!! Why I say this cat is deadly mutated cat? It because the cat never meow before @@" Do you ever see a cat that doesn't meow? So I think this cat has undergoes genetic mutation!!! If you watched Spiderman before, you'll know that if you're bitten by something, you'll gain the abilities that it has... Now the six thousand dollar question, will I undergo the same thing too? So can u distinguish between these 2 most advance gadgets by Apple Inc. just by first look? The upper one is the latest in the iPod family which is named iPod Touch. Why touch? Because it has a touch screen which is very unique compares to the usual touch screen. You need to do some howework bout that. iPod Touch actually is a slim down version of the iPhone, more specific is tat it is an iPhone without the calling, text messaging, and photo taking functions. To me, iPod Touch is for those people who is craving hard for the iPhone as it is still not possible to use it over here, unless you dare to hack it (soft hack + some soldering). So it is a very good marketing strategy by Apple Inc. to boost their sales of this iPod Touch. Just tweak here and there abit... TADAAA!!! Here come a new iPod... But what makes this MP4 player differents from other MP4 players is that it supports WiFi~.~ So you're able to stand outside the Starbuck Mamak and online there for free^^

I still don't think Apple's product worth the money, it's just too more like a fashion product rather than a gadget. But yet, still there are people crazy bout it and will buy just for the sake to show off... Correct me if i'm wrong...

Feeling sleepy when burning midnight oil? Feeling to eat something to keep you awake? Yes!!! This is what i felt when i study till middle of the night. So what will you do when you in such situation? Make yourself a cup of hot coffee? Nah, I cant sleep till the next morning. How bout a slice of breed? Nah, I'm too lazy to go out of my room to find the bread and the jam. Well, i have my own solution. Introducing my very own stimulant...

Guess need not much explanation/introduction here, but a piece of advice from me. Dont eat Pringles too often, i'm suffering from severe ulcer and sore throat for weeks >< So what is your very own stimulant to stay awake through the night?

yea, the first DX10 game available on the shelf on november 18, if there isn't anymore delay. This game is the successor of farcry, but with more impressive graphics and more mind twisting plot(according to those reviews la). hoping my old but faithful pc able to handle it with acceptable graphics :( and yes!!! when it is available in my hdd, it will be right after my STPM!!! hooray!!! but first, i need to overcome my motion sickness which is due to brain not able to adapt to fast changing view. hoping that i can finish this game unlike FEAR: Extraction point, played till half way and cant stand the nausea ><

NFS: ProStreet
Not able to speed on the road? or your car cant speed above 100km/hr? try this game :) though i'm not really a die hard fan of NFS series, but i like the feel speeding on the tracks/roads, especially dragging :P so dont ask me to drift, i hate drifting alot >< when playing underground2, i'll skipped all the drifting and try to speed on the roads!!! maybe i should consult from z_in on how to drift :P if u always dreaming bout having a super damn nice car but still stuck at kancil or proton car, maybe u should get yourself into this game where u can own a SLK 55 AMG, a Lancer EVO X or maybe a AE86 xD and yes!!! u can mod your car to whatever shape u wan it to be!!! juz try this game out and u'll know wat i'm talking bout :)

p/s: actually i prefer Nissan 350Z Fairlady and Nissan Skyline :) here some pics

Alien VS Predator 2 : Requim

Synopsis:
3 amateur Predators was sent here(Earth) to learn the art of fighting and they use human to breed those nasty looking Aliens. The human suffered from their training and they trying to retaliate both the Predators and Aliens. In the end, human won. Voila!!!

My prediction:
First battle, 2 out of 3 predators sacrificed. Then the last one worked wit human to kill all the remaining Aliens. At the final battle, the last standing Predator died. And i think the female actor will be the one working wit the Predators again. IMO, wat u see in the trailer is all the best things in the movie ady. watchin it? nah... if that time no other better choice, then i might watch it in the cinema else, BT!!! lolzzz...

1) Crossroads Mylar3
Read alot reviews bout this IEM, they said after burn-in, the sound quality is on par wit E-Shure e2c(not sure which model actually). Besides, the price of this IEM is much more cheaper comparing to other IEMs. Have been watching for this babe for quite sometimes, but too bad my wallet got a big hole inside :(

2) i-River Clix Gen2
Most of the people going mad for iPod, but not me. This MP4 with a price tag of Rm600-Rm700(for 4GB) is always a better choice over iPod Nano which priced around rm699(rrp, and only 2GB=.="). Besides able to play MP3(and other loseless music formats), streaming video with Clix is not a problem too. So why getting an iPod Nano which cant even play MP4? and the most important thing is, the sound quality is better than iPod(according to review, it is said that iRiver has the best SQ).

3) Seagate 160Gb HDD
well, my pc is running out of space. so getting another HDD is my only option.

4) Samsung 226BW
Been Dreaming for a wide screen LCD for sometime. But too bad my dad don't allow me to buy any monitor even when my last monitor spoilt =.=" So, whenever i pass by any pc shops, i only can walk pass the windows while throwing glances at those sparkling LCD inside :(

Sigh... how good if i have some extra money to spend now... Money is all i need now xD or maybe u can present any one of them to me xD

Okay, so here comes the story...
erm... well, actually i dont know much bout this girl actually. I only know her by her first name 'K' (figure it out yourself). Looking from far, this girl is nice and sweet. but after u know her better, you'll unveil her darker side (actually juz 38 side la...). so this is wat happened for the past few months/days... I dont know tat actually K likes pets alot, especially dogs. she can relate the pups with anyone and everyone, it sounds great rite? it is not actually. K likes to mimic the pups too... sometimes when i passing by her, u can hear her woofing. yes i mean it!!! woof woof!!! so now i thinking, is she the one looking like pup or the others?? :P

now the second part, k has a very wide knowledge of foreign languages. she likes to correct people(or more accurate to show off) wat she knows. yea, guess she gonna shoots me for my lousy english in this post. and it is very wrong for you to put up some foreign characters that u dont know to read like these words. ie: ¡¡¡n ʇnoq ƃuıʞlɐʇ ɯ,ı 'sǝʎ :) so, my advice to everyone out there, dont use some words that u dont what they mean to avoid unnecessarily problems...

so i think this is wat i gonna write for today... and heck, i cant write like zhi han!!! zhihan, teach me how u can write fluently to scold someone else... please...

Here another new product by AMD launched at the Akiba event. I wonder when only will the once the gamers first choice processor producer, AMD, will be able to claim back their crown as the best gaming rig processor. Thought i'm not a fanboy of AMD (nor fanboy of Intel), but i hate to see that the market is dominated by Intel. I'm not saying that Intel is not making good processor, but just don't like the scenario. Anyway, Intel Core2Duo is a very good buy for now if you're into gaming. Else for a budget gaming rig, try to build one with AMD X2, not bad actually :)

p/s: above are only my personal opinions :P
